Ideal location for an overnight stop off, just off the M6 motorway. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. We were travelling with a baby so were given a room with a cot on the ground floor. Rooms are spacious and clean and include a bath tub. There is plenty of parking on site, just remember to register your vehicle at reception when checking in. There is an Aldi and a Subway just behind the hotel which is very convenient.
Room was a bit basic but had everything needed. Service was exceptional…especially Agnes and Kate. What friendly and efficient of a pair. They made the stay great!
great location, friendly service. The bed was comfortable and clean and nice size room. The tv had a line going through the screen and I had to clean the bath a bit before I used it as there was black slime in the plughole. I would definitely stay again as I understand that I'm quite fussy and the level of clean I like probably isn't attainable in the time allocated to service a room.
Situated not far from the M1 and M6 motorways and close to Rugby, this Premier Inn serves as a useful base to visit the area. The rooms are large and comfortable, the reception staff are really friendly and it's a nice, clean hotel.
The reception staff was very helpful making sure I could access a ground floor room, made sure it was clean and ready for use. When I walked past reception later, she ensured I had everything I needed. Think her name was Agnes. Stayed 28.12.25
We received a really lovely welcome from Kate, who was incredibly quick and helpful in sorting extra towels for us when our room had initially been made up for one person instead of two. She also took the time to let us know about the extra beverages available and showed us exactly where to find them, which was much appreciated. The room itself was clean, with extra pillows provided and everything you’d expect from a Premier Inn — including the famously comfortable bed. The location was absolutely ideal for us as we were visiting family on a nearby housing development. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked our next visit!
Agnes is simply outstanding. Every time I stay at the Premier Inn, she makes me feel completely welcome – it’s like being greeted by a friend who also happens to be amazing at her job. She’s warm, funny, and full of personality, but she’s also professional, efficient, and transparent in everything she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and will go out of her way to help whenever she can. I was actually staying at the Harvester (which is rated higher) but chose to switch back here purely because of Agnes – and, of course, the better nightlife in the area. She’s the kind of person who turns a hotel into a place you look forward to returning to. Honestly, she’s a real asset to Premier Inn and I couldn’t recommend her more
Stayed here for a night whilst visiting family for an event. Good sized room & clean. Very noisy though at night if the window is open. Did not have the breakfast so can't comment on that.
